First edition
The first edition of the Sub-regional Cybersecurity Conference was held on13 and 14 October 2025in Dakar, at Cheikh Anta Diop University.
It forms the foundation of the momentum continuing in 2026, bringing together institutional, academic, professional and diplomatic stakeholders around cybersecurity and digital sovereignty.
